SHIPPING & CLAIMS POLICY

John Youngs Original (JYOG)

SHIPPING

We ship all John Youngs Original orders with care and pride. Processing times, carriers, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.


DAMAGE CLAIMS

We stand behind our products. If your order arrives damaged or with leakage, we want to make it right — but we do require documentation to process claims.

To submit a damage claim, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear, unedited photos of the damaged product
  • Provide clear, unedited photos of all sides of the original packaging
  • Include your order number in your message
  • Ensure photos show the shipping label

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without required photo documentation cannot be processed. John Youngs Original reserves the right to determine appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit) on a case-by-case basis.


CARRIER-CAUSED DAMAGE

If damage appears to be caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier. John Youngs Original will provide documentation to support your carrier claim upon request.
